Jermol Mojica has dedicated nearly 7 years to Green Mountain Treatment Center, starting as an entry-level Behavioral Tech and steadily advancing to his current role, Case Management Supervisor. With a deep personal connection to recovery, Jermol understands the critical importance of wrap-around care in treating substance use disorders. His commitment to helping others stems from his own journey in long-term recovery.
Outside of work, Jermol treasures his time with his wife of 24 years, their son who is a junior in college, and their younger son, a freshman in high school. A passionate sports coach, Jermol finds joy in guiding young athletes and cherishing family moments.
