Colleen joined the Canterbury Behavioral Health team in 2019 as a Recovery Support Specialist. She has served in a variety of roles, including Lead Recovery Support Specialist, Recovery Case Manager, Supervisor and most recently Director of Operations. She was an integral part of the transition from primary substance use treatment to primary mental health treatment in 2023, working closely with clinical staff to create a mental health curriculum that would meet our clients’ needs. She remains passionately dedicated to serving our clients and their families directly.
