New Freedom Academy Salem
New Freedom Academy Salem offers a higher standard of care, that is client centered and tailored to meet the individual’s needs. Many of our staff members have personally been through treatment and are dedicated to helping clients transform their lives. A Partial Hospitalization Program combines the benefits of an inpatient program with the ability to stay in one’s home or structured sober living. Partial Hospitalization is ideal for individuals seeking an alternative to residential rehab or for those who still need an intense level of care. This is also often ideal for someone who has recently completed inpatient treatment. PHP runs from 8am – 4pm Monday through Saturday. Clients attend 5 groups throughout the day and are served breakfast and lunch. Clients are supported through the day with clinical services, case management and a qualified team of recovery support staff.
New Freedom Academy Salem utilizes a step-down program, and once someone is clinically appropriate, they will step down to Intensive Outpatient. The difference between an Intensive Outpatient Program and a Partial Hospitalization Program comes down to the number of hours spent in treatment per week. Clients who are in IOP attend programming from 9am – 12:20pm, they attend 3 groups a day, and also served breakfast and lunch.
