With over fourteen years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Tricia Bates is the Director of Nursing at Green Mountain Treatment Center, specializing in the treatment of substance use disorders. Tricia joined Green Mountain Treatment Center in 2019 and previously served as Assistant Director of Nursing before stepping into her current role.
Prior to joining GMTC, Tricia worked in a variety of acute care settings as a travel nurse, as well as in local hospitals throughout Maine and New Hampshire. She earned her Nursing Degree in 2011 from Southern New Hampshire University while raising her three young children.
Born and raised in the Mount Washington Valley, Tricia enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and spending time on her boat on Crystal Lake in Harrison, Maine.
