Jennifer Hills is the Director of Operations for The Granite House and New Freedom Academy in Salem. Since joining Granite Recovery Centers in 2023, she has served as a Recovery Support Specialist, Lead Recovery Support Specialist, and Operations Supervisor.
Jennifer has focused on strengthening daily operations while helping improve the client experience across programs. Her leadership is grounded in accountability, integrity, and a commitment to building dependable systems that support both staff and clients.
In her current role, Jennifer works to develop and lead an adaptable, reliable operations team. Her experience across multiple positions gives her a strong understanding of program needs and the importance of consistent operational support.
