Caitlin Farley is the second shift operations supervisor at New Freedom Academy in Salem, NH. Caitlin is a GRC alumni and joined the operations team when wanting to make a difference and help others achieve sobriety. Caitlin started her career as a recovery support specialist in 2020. She was quickly promoted to a lead recovery support specialist and then to operations supervisor in 2022. Caitlin is an excellent leader and brings necessary structure and support to second shift staff and to the clients while at recovery housing. Caitlin opened Queen City Cedar Sober Living in Spring of 2023 as a sober living option for our male clients to transition to after completing the program at NFA. Queen City Cedar has been a great success since opening, with great interest from clients and lasting sobriety among the residents. In her free time Caitlin enjoys spending time with her 3-year-old son. She celebrated 6 years of continuous sobriety in April 2024.
