Best Facility hands down. I had an incredible experience. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable from the counselors, to the therapist and case managers to the nurses and behavioral technicians. My stay was excellent and I can’t thank the NFA Team enough.

I went here in September 2020, and i got off to a rough start. But once i listened and actually took suggestion’s, I really got the most I’ve ever got out of the 50+ times I’ve been to rehab/detox. A guy named Trevor worked there when I was there and he was someone I could really click with. Sit down with and talk about the hard things to speak about and to not feel any type of animosity was truly the begging to my recovery. To say I succeed that time would be a lie. But it would open my mind to actually trying. I’m coming up on 2 years clean now and I still wear my Granite state recovery tshirt all the time. I would strongly suggest this place to ANYONE. They really go above and beyond if you’re actually willing to turn your life around. And there mental health providers really know their stuff so listen to them. Even though we think we know better. 10 out of 10 for NFA

Best. Treatment. Facility. Around. I stayed at NFA Canterbury for 3 months and loved every single second. The staff here are beyond amazing. I was so engaged in all groups. My therapist and case manager were nothing short of incredible. NFA holds a very special place in my heart & will forever. I recommend it to absolutely anyone looking for substance use/mental health treatment.

I just graduated from NFA and I was extremely grateful to have done my substance abuse treatment through them. I miss the staff and clients greatly and have just left there on May 18th of 2023. I arrived there February 14th of 2023 hopeless and broken and they helped me to get my life back. I’m so grateful for NFA

I’ve read some older negative BS about NFA here n there… not able contact a loved one attending, wanting info/updates about client, staff not having a clue etc. seriously if their was a sure fire fix for us addicts, we wouldn’t have to go beyond Google, but if ya got the answer post up (challenge for all)Addicts go to escape demons that are beyond rehab grounds, not invite them in. So you may need to accept that they are in good hands, and the best update about an addict is knowing they are still in treatment. Took me almost 3 weeks to dip my toes back in to what needed to be put on hold and being forced would have added to the ups and downs of early sobriety possibly even ruining what I had only just begun. The staff is/was amazing, and go above and beyond for the 20 or so clients (addicts) relearning the basics of living life sober. Frustration and complications…hell yea I’m sure we all had some sort of moment that we felt was crippling. The FACT is, most can’t go thru a drive thru without complaining, so don’t expect smooth sailing with 20 addicts from different walks of life trying to get clean, while toxins are dripping from pores ya didn’t kno ya had, and each one having more emotions and hot flashes than a woman starting menopause. If ya don’t get that u live under a rock. Seriously kudos to all the staff for having the patience to not only deal with me but the other 19 infants as we try to pull our big boy/girl pants back up! Thank you and nothing but respect for all of the staff!! Especially Chelsea, Anthony n Trevor (in order of whom I tortured most) I’m sure you had your doubts but I’m still here cause of you. So be proud at the end each shift, you don’t always get the praise you deserve but the hearts you have touched is worth so much more!! Love you guys!!!

I attended NFA Salem and it was the greatest experience I have ever had. Here I found myself, which in turn gave me the ability to start a strong healthy plan of recovery. In the past I have been to many treatment facilities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. At one point I was able to stay sober for 15months, but what I found here is a path of recovery. I feel like I have more recovery in the past 2 months that I have been at Granite than I had in the 15 months of sobriety. I strongly recommend NFA to anyone who is truly looking for a new life. The staff and clinicians do their jobs from their hearts, they truly care and it shows.

I went to NFA Salem. The program is amazing and really sets the standard for the rest of the rehabs around NH. The staff is incredible and they care about each and every client. The vibes and the love in the halls of NFA Salem is really a site to see. If you get Maurine as a case manager, show her respect and love because she does an amazing job and loves what she does as well as her clients! Im going to really miss the staff at NFA because they helped me and pushed me to get through this program as they wanted the best for me. They opened doors for me that i didn’t realize were possibilities. If you come through this program and put forth the work, i promise you’ll graduate a success in your sobriety. I’m a different man today than the day i walked through these doors and that’s all thanks to the program, the staff, as well as my peers. Thanks ya’ll for everything.
