Accreditations for Quality Care
Treatment at Granite Recovery Centers is designed to address the full scope of recovery, including physical health, mental well-being, and daily functioning.
Care focuses on:
Recovery often happens in stages. We provide a full continuum of care so you can move through treatment at the right pace.
Medical detox helps you withdraw from drugs or alcohol safely. You receive 24/7 medical supervision to manage symptoms and reduce risks.
Inpatient or residential treatment offers a structured, supportive setting where you live on-site. You receive daily therapy, medical care, and peer support.
PHP provides full-day treatment with more flexibility than inpatient care. You attend therapy during the day and return to a supportive living space.
Even though it’s called a Partial Hospitalization Program, PHPs are often provided in specialized treatment centers rather than inside a hospital building. The ‘hospitalization’ part refers to the intensity and structure of care, not the physical location.
IOP offers part-day treatment with therapy and support. It allows you to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities while continuing care.
Outpatient care provides ongoing therapy and support as you transition back into daily life. It helps reinforce recovery skills and prevent relapse.
Our alumni program keeps you connected after treatment. You gain support from peers and continue building a strong recovery community.
Some individuals need more focused care based on their experiences and challenges. Our specialty programs provide that added level of support.
Dual-diagnosis care addresses both mental health and substance use disorders. Treating both together improves long-term recovery outcomes.
MAT uses FDA-approved medications along with therapy. This approach helps reduce cravings and supports early recovery.
In long-term rehab, we provide extended care for those who need more time to stabilize and build recovery skills.
Receive support for challenges commonly experienced by men in recovery within a structured, mixed-gender treatment setting.
Rally Point Recovery is designed for veterans and first responders. It offers specialized care from professionals who understand their experiences.
The REST program combines 12-step principles with clinical therapy. It helps you build coping skills, manage cravings, and understand addiction.
Recovery continues after primary treatment. Continued care helps you stay on track and maintain progress.
Aftercare planning provides ongoing support after treatment. It helps you stay connected and reduces the risk of relapse.
Family therapy helps rebuild relationships and improve communication. It allows loved ones to take part in the recovery process.
The 12-Step Program offers structure and peer support. It helps guide long-term recovery through shared experiences.
AA meetings provide a supportive community where individuals can share their experiences and stay accountable in recovery.
Treatment includes a range of evidence-based therapies:
Holistic services, including yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, and fitness, support overall well-being during recovery.
Granite Recovery Centers treats co-occurring mental health conditions alongside addiction, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and OCD.
Care is individualized to support symptom management and long-term recovery.
From detox to outpatient, we support every stage of recovery in one system.
Our clinicians and medical staff provide evidence-based, compassionate care.
Each plan is tailored to your needs, goals, and clinical history.
Safe, structured settings that promote healing and long-term stability.
May 10th 2021 I came right from prison to NFA Salem, I completed php and iop while living at spruce st in Manchester. If it wasn’t for NFA I wouldn’t be alive today. I was taught a new way of living and I was given the tools to be able to deal with the many stressors life has thrown at me since.
