We start by building a strong, comprehensive dialogue with you on day one in order to frame the client’s addiction treatment program. You will always be able to reach out to a case manager to get answers or information at any stage of treatment. We will always reach out to you with questions we need answers to along with client progress updates. From intake to discharge, you’ll always know everything we know, as soon as we know it. We consider you to be an integral part of the treatment team.
