At Granite Recovery Centers (GRC), we believe recovery happens through connection and collaboration. With four accredited treatment facilities serving New Hampshire communities—including Green Mountain Treatment Center in Effingham, Canterbury Behavioral Health in Canterbury, The Granite House in Derry, and New Freedom Academy in Salem—Granite Recovery Centers offers a comprehensive continuum of care. This includes medical detox, residential mental health programs, dual diagnosis treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient care, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

Granite Recovery Centers’ CARF-accredited programs and ASAM Level 3.5 and 3.7 services provide clinical structure, accountability, and long-term support. Our care teams include master-level clinicians who utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and EMDR.
