Stretched across a 72-acre rolling landscape with sweeping panoramic views of the White Mountains, Green Mountain Treatment Center is home to our medical detox facility and flagship primary residential treatment facility. Primary Residential Addiction Treatment
Situated along the quiet backroads of Canterbury, N.H., New Freedom Academy resides on 17 idyllic acres and provides 20 primary residential addiction treatment beds for men and women ages 18 years and older. Like Green Mountain, New Freedom Academy is an abstinence-based, 12-step-centered clinical program and provides a very low clinician-to-patient ratio. Read more about New Freedom Academy.
Rehab Aftercare Exclusively for Men
Granite House is a gender-specific, 63-bed, drug rehab aftercare facility for men ages 18 and up. Located in Derry, NH, close to nearby employment opportunities and recovery programming, Granite House provides a structured, supportive, sober environment for men transitioning back into fully independent lives. This Extended Care Program requires residents to participate in our unique three-phase program that focuses on 12-Step work, building and implementing life skills, and ultimately, learning how to successfully re-integrate back into society. Rehab Aftercare Exclusively for Women
Granite House for Women is a gender-specific, 20-bed residential aftercare facility for women ages 18 and oder. Our structured rehab aftercare program is located in historic downtown Concord, N.H and is an easy drive to employment opportunities and other recovery programming. While here, women learn to successfully transition back into the real world through active 12-Step participation, skill-building, and intensive outpatient counseling. Extended Rehab Care Exclusively for Men
Freedom House is a gender-specific, 16-bed extended care facility for men ages 18 and older that have “stepped down” from primary treatment at Green Mountain Treatment Center. Located in Effingham, NH, this extended care program is a short ride from required intensive outpatient program participation, medical care, and 12-Step meetings. Men residing at Freedom House benefit from time spent working the 12 Steps while developing transitional life skills in a safe and supportive environment. Read more about Freedom House.
Extended Rehab Care Exclusively for Women
Harmony House is a gender-specific, 15-bed extended care facility for women ages 18 and older who have completed primary residential treatment. This program allows women to continue working on the 12-Step curriculum, as well as fulfill their intensive outpatient requirements. Sober Living Home Exclusively for Men
Queen City Sober Living is a gender-specific, 18-bed structured sober living house for men ages 18 and older. Queen City is an ideal living solution for men who have completed primary care and wish to remain in a structured, sober environment. Situated in the heart of Manchester, N.H., this comfortable sober living home is conveniently located close to employment opportunities, social activities, and 12-Step meetings. While at Queen City Sober Living, men are required to attend regular 12-Step meetings and workshops, Steel on Steel meetings, and skill-building workshops; as well as submit to random drug testing. Sober Living Homes Exclusively for Women
Vision House East and Vision House West are sober living homes, also in Manchester, N.H., that cater to women 18 and older. Each of these structured sober living residences feature 15 beds and are conveniently close to employment opportunities and mandatory off-site meetings and classes. Women at Vision House East and Vision House West participate in 12-Step meetings and workshops, life skills classes, and alumni sponsorship in addition to house chores, accountability groups, and peer events. 4D Recovery Center is our Intensive Outpatient Program providing counseling services for clients transitioning to independent living. The program also accepts clients from the neighboring communities who wish to take advantage of our services. Staffed by licensed clinicians, 12-Step facilitators, and recovery support professionals, the team at 4D Recovery Center creates individualized outpatient treatment plans based upon each client’s specific needs and progress. Each IOP client participates in group and individual therapy sessions, and has access to Granite Recovery Centers’ 12-Step meetings and workshops, and skill-building classes.
