We support patients dealing with opioid addiction and often co-occurring challenges.
We support patients through detox, MAT, therapy, and ongoing recovery support.
Our programs treat alcohol dependence with medically monitored detox, counseling, and relapse prevention support.
We offer tailored care for those using multiple substances, and when needed, facilitate referrals to ensure all your needs are met.
Co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, and others are part of our integrated care approach.
When addiction and mental health overlap, we deliver coordinated treatment plans that address both simultaneously.
“They didn’t just treat my addiction. They helped me feel like myself again.”

Granite Recovery offers a diverse set of services to meet each person’s unique recovery path.
Please note that available services may vary by location.
Our inpatient detox centers provide 24/7 medical supervision to help patients safely withdraw from drugs or alcohol. This is often the first step in recovery and ensures stability before entering further treatment.
For patients with opioid or alcohol use disorders, we offer FDA-approved medications such as buprenorphine, naltrexone, or methadone (where available). MAT is combined with counseling to reduce cravings and support long-term recovery.
Patients live on-site in a structured environment where they receive daily therapy, medical oversight, and recovery programming. Residential care combines evidence-based treatment with 12-Step principles for a balanced approach.
After residential treatment, patients may step down to extended care programs or transitional housing, providing more independence while still benefiting from clinical and peer support.
IOP allows patients to receive structured therapy and group sessions several times per week while continuing to live at home, balancing recovery with daily responsibilities.
All patients have access to individual counseling across Granite Recovery. Group counseling may also be available, offering additional peer support and skill-building.
For those seeking ongoing structure, sober living homes provide a supportive recovery environment. Alumni programs offer continued connection, resources, and encouragement long after formal treatment ends.
Our team assists with discharge planning, referrals, and connecting patients and families with housing, employment, and community resources to support long-term recovery.
Counseling services are also available virtually, making it easier to stay engaged in treatment.
